Judah is a good baby. A very good baby. He's very easy going, unlike other more high-strung individuals in our family. He's happy. I mean, I'm happy. And I'm pretty easy-going. He's just - more! And he's more vocal about it.
He's squealing with delight just being in his bed for night. I went upstairs to tuck him back in and stick his mute, er - soother back in mouth, and Micah tells me, "He's just being talkish..." He's awesome. And so is Mr. Smiles.
He is a charmer and a goof. We had some family photos taken today and I'm sure that some of them had him eating his feet. Yes, he does that lots now. Or shots of him facedown in the grass as he chews it after falling from a sitting position. I think we officially can say he sits now, even if it is for under a minute at a time. If his bum is centred on something soft, something that cradles his bottom.
He also now has a tooth. It just happened as well. And loves watermelon. And rull kuchen. He just can't get enough of that stuff. Food is his friend, though he does not like bananas. Sweet potatoes, peaches, pears, yummy! He's had some pretty great expressions on his face while experimenting with new foods. Ah, but he's not nearly as frantic as Micah was between bites, though he can whine and cry through an entire meal. Micah would cry between every bite.
He's all smiles after that though, of course. All smiles. What a goof! And we love you, little buddy. Well, maybe not so little. He's a little chubby. Not overweight, his cheeks just look a little large and his thighs are slightly chunky. It's okay, he's just a baby with cute baby fat. Judah is one cutie, and we're so glad he's ours.

Doesn't it go so stinkin' fast? Can't believe the milestones he's hit already. Love how "talkish" he sounds. Should be a fun teenager. *grin*
