School's Out - Hooray!

I thought some of you might like to see Micah's school. He's a fortunate boy because he finished a whole two weeks early. Unfortunately, he doesn't have a clue what to do with himself and has been rather irritable. Maybe he misses his friends. Perhaps he needs the walk early in the morning to get him going. Or it could be that he just misses the bald prairies... nah.


This isn't really a fair match up for a race. I mean, who challenges the black dude to a race and really expects to win, right? Micah beat his friend John hands down. Poor kid. Next thing you know there will be talk of false starts and runner interference, all of which may or may not be true. It's that playground banter that you never really grow out of - "It was a goal!" "No it wasn't, you missed by a mile!" "Was too!" Was not was too was not yada yada yada...


Well, school's out for me too. I only have one assignment to complete yet. It seems pretty easy (I probably shouldn't say that out loud - I might do horribly). Next up - eleven messages for a camp I've never been to. In two weeks. And I'm working construction full time. Crazy? No it's not. Yes it is . No it's not. Yes it is .....
