Cleaning & Broomball

A Couple of Saturdays ago this is how we spent our day.

First we cleaned house.


Micah's job was the bathroom sinks that day.


Aslynn got the mirrors. I think they are so cute when they do their jobs. They don't. I usually end up doing everything again later when they are in bed, but I do like making them help with things.

Later on that day we headed over to the arena here in town for some hotdogs and a game of broomball.


Micah was right in there with his stick and was a little annoyed I think that we made him play on the kids side of the rink and not with the Daddy's. At first we tried to let Judah just slide around the ice on his stick. He didn't want that. He tried to communicte things to me, but I just didn't understand the language he was speaking. So off the ice he headed as quickly as he could. He grabbed and pulled and made insistant noises until Mommy finally understood and let him have a stick just like Micah.

Here he is with Cade. They are only 6 months apart in age and usually manage to spend all of their time fighting over the same toy. Here though they are happily playing 'hockey' just like their big brothers, and just like Daddy.
