.... AND did I mention that while we were gone our neighbour erected a fence that blocks us from getting into our back yard? It's made of chicken wire, steel mesh for gardens, and farm fenceposts. Are our children animals or something? Apparently there's a dent in her plastic trailer skirting from Micah's birthday party which I have to repair. It was nice of her to tell me "Don't worry about it" at the time and then put up a barrier between us, her, and our own yard. Yeah, her landlord gave me a phone call the day after we returned insinuating that I had as much as told our neighbour I wouldn't fix it. Does that sound like something a guy who has been a pastor and done construction for much of his adult life would say? This was all out of the blue for us - wouldn't it have just been easier to have a simple conversation rather than go to these lengths? I mean, WE'RE RIGHT NEXT DOOR!
Forever adding to the meaning of crazy,

talk about crazy moving around...you guys need your own tlc show or something! how does everyone like the new beds...bunk beds are so fun!!!
The kids love the bunk beds. I have to tell them repeatedly that they are not a jungle gym, that the roof is not a new toy, and that they were made for sleeping in, not playing. They were pretty stoked to sleep in them at the beginning. Judah just wants to get out of it every five minutes or so at night and ends up sleeping on the floor at times. Don't ask why, he's not talking about it. All of our kids went through a phase like that, so we just shrug our shoulders and toss him back in if he's asleep or exercise alternative measures if he's awake.
Wow, I'm exhausted just from reading that list!
