It has been pretty hot in Caronport lately. The thermometer has been hovering around 30 degrees Celsius for the past week, and now that it has dropped to 20 it has started to feel a little cool. On Thursday when it was 34, we opted out of cooking at home and drove into Moose Jaw with the air conditioning on high and ended up at an air conditioned restaurant. We spent a good hour and a half at McDonalds. While we were there, we met half of Caronport doing the same thing that we had! Even in the cool restaurant Micah worked up a sweat in the kids' playplace. They had a lot of Coke to drink that night - a little too much if you ask me! We only had one wet bed out of the deal at leas. Cooling down was worth every penny.
