Packing lunches

With two of the kids at school for some full days this year we are packing lunches for the first time. I'm not a big fan of making a lunch everyday and I don't want the kids to get bored so I hope to find some fun things to make for them that will give them a little variety. Aslynn is catching on to this sandwich thing. Mark asked her tonight what she wanted for her sandwich,
"Just butter."
"Just butter?" Mark asked, "I think you'll want more than that."
"No Daddy, just butter with ham, cheese, lettuce and tomato."

Well alright then ... just butter.
