I think I may just be in love with it. You see I'm one of those people who will probably turn into a little old lady who can't travel anywhere because she can only sleep in her own bed. I love my bed. LOVE my bed. And away from home I just never sleep as well, especially the first night.
Imagine my surprise to cozy into Courtney's bed and never have a single problem going to sleep and staying asleep all night long. I will admit that part of this could be due to the fact that I'm exceedingly tired at night. After all I am chasing several children all day long.
Despite the exhaustion though Courtney's bed has several wonderful merits all on it's own. It's the perfect firmness for me to start with. Then their are those wonderful fleece sheets. After all if you don't have a husband to warm up your bed at least you should have fleece sheets. That way the whole bed is always warm and cuddly. And on top of those comfy sheets is an amazing duvet. I forget what it's made up of but it's heavy and warm and I like it. (I think Mark would suffocate under it in about two seconds from the heat, but then again he's not here is he.)
Judah likes the bed too. He claims it as cozy. And I'm wondering if he's acting up so much at night just so that I will take him out of his own room and punish him by sleeping by himself without his big brother in my room. In my cozy bed. Hmmmmm. Might have to come up with a new threat tomorrow night.
Anyways, as I cozy up tonight in my warm bed I will try not to feel sorry for Mark in his sleeping bag. After all he did volunteer to go.
