“A Happy Birthday to You. A Happy Birthday to You. May You feel Jesus near every day of the year. A Happy Birthday to You. A Happy Birthday to You. And the best year you’ve ever had.”
Don’t you just feel like you’re back in those good old Sunday School days now, Carmen?
Seriously though. I’m pretty sure we are capable of serious, aren’t we?
I hope that we can see you soon so we can deliver the incredible gift we got you – that we forgot to deliver for your super last-birthday (and may forget again because hey, we haven’t bought you anything in years, so why start now?).
We love you and think you da bomb. A super-mom. A living legend. Someone to tell stories about to our children and our children’s children because of you and your children. Being so adventurous seems to be the way we are, so we raise our glasses. Here’s to you!”

Thank you, thank you very much. You guys are very funny! And speaking of that old Sunday
School song, guess who sang it for me? First Luke, and then my kids. I guess some things never change, eh!
