Phantom

I needed a nap this week. Monday and Tuesday both filled up with laundry and other chores to do and by Wednesday afternoon I was thinking I was getting sick. The trip last weekend may have helped with that. So on Wednesday afternoon I grabbed the telephone and headed off to bed. After 20 minites I was just warming up, and so was my bladder. I arose to tend to that situation and also had to deal with an Aslynn situation as well. It seems she didn't want to sleep and was singing and playing with toys in bed. After cuddling back up into my now warm bed I was almost asleep when the phone rang. I answered and took a message for Mark. By this time I was pretty sleepy and happily drifted off. Sometime later Mark came into our room and grabbed something off the bedside table. I had an mummbled conversation with him. 'Jon phoned' I managed to get out. My husband responded with, 'Okay', and left the room. Back to sleep I went only to be awakened again later hearing Mark moving around in the bathroom. I rolled over to see the clock and realized that I had to pick Micah up at school in 8 minuites and quickly jumped up. I glanced into the bathroom, but Mark was gone. Aslynn was woken up and I went into get Judah. He was standing in his crib very happily pointing into the backyard and declaring, "Daddy!! Daddy!!". I thought to myself that Mark must have left the house and headed back to the library and obviously Judah has seen him going through the yard. Much later in the day when Mark returned home from the library I asked him what he was doing home during the afternoon. I guess my husband was not home!! I dreamed the whole conversation and hearing him in the bathroom. Judah didn't help my dream by saying Daddy's name.
Mark has been mocking me ever since about the Phantom that we have in our trailer. It's a good thing 'he' was here though, who knows how long I would have slept, Micah would have been plenty upset to be left at school.
