Hallowe'en so far...

We went to Micah & Aslynn's school for their Hallowe'en parties - and we brought pumpkin cupcakes!

... for both kids' classes ...

And the kids loved them. So did the parents and teachers. They couldn't stop taking photos of them. Unfortunately our camera is still broken and we can't see what we're taking pictures of, so this is the best we've got. It was a lot of fun to be there and seeing all of the kids' costumes.

Aslynn wore her East Indian garb -

And then there was Micah, who Faith created his costume from curtains and a Bible times shirt from the closet at church. I was kinda ticked that the girl in the red dress kept getting in the way. My goodness. Micah, who looks like Mace Windu with hair from Star Wars (who wants to be Lando anyway?), had a clone trooper and clone commander at his side along with a Jedi Padouwon, and all I got was RED. Aargh! Oh yeah, and there's that midget Darth Vader.

I think that Judah is trying to put the death choke on the girl in red - or maybe the Rancor lizard, who knows.

I don't think the galaxy is quite ready for Judah. It's a good thing we didn't have any lightsabers with us.

When we got home, we carved the pumpkin. Normally we do it the night before, but tomorrow we plan on taking Micah to hockey early, driving the kids to Joy and Brian's, and visiting Brian and Janice at Living Faith. It was a great pumpkin. I carved what they drew, which meant that we have a two-faced pumpkin...
