We have lived here exactly 11 weeks now. I counted. Thought it would amuse mostly myself to count some of the things that have been happening in our world.
We have had out of town guests for anywhere from 2 hours to 3 nights on 13 different occasions.
We have made 2 short road trips to see precious friend and family.
I have made 10 trips into Edmonton to go shopping.
If you count the number of times that the College & Career have been at our house we have had 'church' company over 12 times.
I have painted in 5 rooms of my house.
We made 24 new Christmas decorations, and I have 2 present half made.
We celebrated Thanksgiving twice. (Marcia, our son Micah was born in the States so we celebrate American Thanksgiving for him, and then it kind of kicks off our Christmas season.)
Wow. No wonder I am still feeling overwhelmed by the move and have actually cut out some of the normal things I do to get ready for Christmas. Jesus birthday is coming though and we plan to celebrate it to the fullest. How awesome is He anyways!!!
For any wondering Grandparents. Pictures of Micah's school concert are coming, I just have to get them uploaded.

You've been a bit busy! Makes me want to take a nap. Well, maybe it's because if I added up all my "statistics" it would be a tad tiring too. I'm not going to bother. LOL!
Thanks for answering my question. It totally makes sense and, really, can you have too much Thanksgiving?
